User-Driven Communication Design
I am a Senior UX Research Consultant at REI Systems working to improve the federal government's digital tools. I have 6+ years of UX Research and communications experience and a passion for purposeful and user-driven communication design.
Earning my Ph.D. in Communication Studies - Rhetoric and Public Culture at Northwestern University, my research toolkit draws on data science and qualitative research methods to understand user problems with technology and communicate solutions simply and effectively. My work is educated by experiences in Information Technology, Search Engine Optimization, Foreign Languages, Public Speaking, and Education.
I’m currently based in Baltimore but have previously called Guatemala City, Trieste, Portland, Munich, and Chicago, home.
